JOB DESCRIPTION
To work as part of the Finance team, assisting the Finance Manager with a variety of tasks and projects. Taking overall responsibility for credit control, running and maintaining EDI communication system, and maintaining bank transactions including receipts and regular bank reconciliations.
GENERAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Reconciling bank accounts
2. Credit control for all customers
3. Assist with month-end procedures including closing ledgers and creating financial reports
4. Processing for government and trade association returns
5. VAT returns
6. Maintain farm books and accounts
7. EDI invoicing with customers
8. Assist with payments and paperwork for the website sales
9. Understudy purchase ledger & sales invoicing and provide holiday and sickness cover
10. Other duties as assigned
