Duties
1. Manage phone calls and correspondence, demonstrating excellent phone etiquette.
2. Perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently.
3. Assist with clerical duties including filing, organising documents, and maintaining office supplies.
4. Coordinate business and personal appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements and events as required.
5. Maintain an organised workspace and ensure all administrative tasks are completed in a timely manner.
6. Manage all commercial and residential property insurance is adequate for the needs of the company.
7. Maintain and keep all company vehicles taxed, MOT'd and insured as required.
8. Confidentiality is a necessity within the role.
Skills
1. Strong data entry skills with a keen eye for detail.
2. Excellent organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively.
3. Strong clerical abilities with experience in office administration.
4. Ability to type quickly and accurately.
5. Demonstrated proficiency in phone etiquette and professional communication.
