TAB is looking for a Sales Administrator to join our growing Sales team.
The role is ideal for someone with a minimum of 6 months mortgage or bridging experience, with a keen interest in property.
Responsibilities
* Broker appointment booking for BDM’s
* Creation of terms
* Creating and organising files for each case
* Chasing terms that have been sent within specific timescales
* Internal CRM management
* Instructing professionals (surveyors, lawyers, QS etc)
* Liaising with the underwriting team
* Requesting and chasing Feefo reviews weekly
Requirements
* 6 months experience in mortgage or bridging admin
* Property experience/understanding
