Conduct regular property inspections and arrange necessary repairs, refurbishments, and redecorations. Assist site managers with repair works, obtaining quotations, and appointing contractors. Keep detailed records of works, invoices, and warranties. Support new property acquisitions, including arranging valuations and surveys. Liaise with councils regarding compliance and HMO licensing. Work with the finance team to manage invoicing and payments. Working Hours: Full-time (40 hours), Monday to Friday, with site visits as needed.
