Take a look at what we have already achieved A Lead Generation Executive at SureScreen Diagnostics plays a pivotal role in driving the company's sales efforts and ensuring sales growth is driven through helping the sales team acquire new customers. As a key member of the Sales team, your primary objective is to find new customers, engage them around the company, our products and our services, providing the Business Development team with “hot” leads that they can convert to sales In addition, Lead Generation Executives will be support to the Business Development team across all channels, such as social media and events, to engage with new customers. Key Responsibilities of the Lead Generation Executive include but are not limited to: Engage with new customers through core telesales activities, cold calling and gaining follow up meetings for the BDM team Research potential customers, companies and industries to target high potential customers Engage with potential customers through social media and digital channels to gain follow up meetings for the BDM team Where appropriate manage the customer through to initial sale before handing to the account manager team Support the BDM and AM team as required including supporting at events when required Identifying new business opportunities, including new markets, new clients, new partnerships Creating strategies to successfully reach new business opportunities Building relationships with new customers and businesses The qualifications, skills and experience we are looking for include: Previous experience in a tele sales/lead generation/ business development role An experienced and successful sales person Customer focused with a high level of attention to detail and be able to work under pressure, whilst maintaining a positive ‘can do’ attitude with the desire to do things right. Self motivated and results driven A hard-working individual with the ability to function independently, but also works well within a diverse team, sharing knowledge, being supportive and team spirited.
