We are looking for a proactive and organised Part-Time Admin/Assistant to help maintain and enhance the efficiency of our operations.
Job Overview:
In this role, you will be essential to our daily operations. Your responsibilities will include managing inventory, packaging orders, as well as assisting throughout the customer journey from assisting with customer inquiries, processing phone orders to responding to queries and resolving complaints such as shipping problems. We are looking for detail-oriented individuals who can follow instructions accurately and maintain an organised workspace.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Assist management team with various administrative tasks as instructed.
2. Conduct daily stock counts and maintain accurate inventory records.
3. Efficiently package orders and prepare them for dispatch.
4. Take phone orders from customers and assist with their inquiries.
5. Collect customer feedback and share it with the Marketing team to support product development and business improvements.
6. Keep the workspace organised and tidy.
7. Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations.
8. Be a fast learner with the ability to quickly adapt to new tools and platforms.
Qualifications:
* Strong IT proficiency, with the ability to work efficiently across various digital tools and eCommerce platforms. Quick adaptability to new software and systems is essential.
* Fast learner, able to pick up new tools, technologies, and platforms with ease.
* Previous experience in an administrative or eCommerce assistant role is a plus, but not required.
* Exceptional organisational skills, with a keen eye for detail to ensure smooth operations and accurate stock management.
* Ability to follow instructions precisely and work independently to meet deadlines.
* Comfortable with basic math for tasks like stock counting, order processing, and data entry.
* Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to interact with customers and team members professionally.
* Proficiency in standard office software (e.g., Microsoft Office, Google Workspace) and familiarity with eCommerce tools (e.g., Shopify, WooCommerce, or similar platforms) is a plus.
* A positive attitude, strong problem-solving skills, and a willingness to continuously learn and improve.
Work Schedule:
This is a part-time position, with working hours from 10:30 am to 4:00 pm.
