An exciting opportunity has arisen to work within the Youth Justice Service (YJS). We are a multi-agency team reflecting a diverse partnership. The successful applicant will have responsibility for providing business support to the YJS including supporting the team with the Management Information System (Child View) and the Children’s Service system (Liquid Logic). You will be expected to take notes and produce accurate minutes for meetings including our Board Meeting. You will have experience in using finance systems, including raising purchase orders and paying invoices. We are a busy team that requires the candidate to meet the essential criteria on the JD and have excellent communication and interpersonal skills. IT skills and experience in the use of Liquid Logic and Child View is essential (although we will offer training in relation to Child View system given is not known outside of the Youth Justice Service) The post requires the successful candidate to liaise closely with other departments and partners and be motivated to develop good working relationship as well as and be able to work under pressure in a team busy setting.
