The Job
We’re seeking a strategic, hands-on Enterprise Architect, to shape and evolve the application and systems landscape across our brands with strong experience of leveraging hospitality systems for business growth. This is a key role at the intersection of enterprise solutions, operations, and growth, ensuring our hospitality systems are set up for scalable, data-driven success and owning the long-term enterprise architecture vision.
This role is at the heart of how we connect technology with guest experience, driving the intelligent use of systems such as POS, CRM, booking platforms, marketing platforms, and increasingly important loyalty and engagement tools.
Key Responsibilities will include:
Enterprise Architecture & Strategy
* Define and maintain detailed enterprise systems architecture, aligned to business, customer experience and guest loyalty goals.
* Develop roadmaps for systems evolution, integration and consolidation, that supports innovation and seamless customer journeys.
* Translate business strategies into practical system capabilities and architecture artefacts.
* Act as the bridge between business, data and technology, ensuring systems enable consistent, clean, and actionable information while reducing complexities in process.
* Champion system standardisation, data consistency, and scalable configuration practices across all venues and brands.
Systems Management & Project Delivery
* Oversee the configuration, purpose, and ongoing evolution of business-critical systems (e.g., Zonal, Toast, Zendesk, Collins DesignMyNight, Dynamics CRM & Customer Insights, MS SharePoint etc..)
* Collaborate with external vendors and internal stakeholders to manage audits, upgrades, user training, and best practice adoption.
* Lead and support cross-functional business application enhancements, ensuring timely delivery, clear communication, and minimal operational disruption.
* Work closely with Data, Commercial, and Ops teams to ensure systems support reporting, forecasting, and guest experience insights.
Governance, Support & Data Integrity
* Define and enforce system configuration standards (naming conventions, booking types, menu structure) that support data analytics and reporting.
* Own data quality controls and conduct regular system audits to ensure clean, consistent inputs across locations.
* Maintain and enhance clean and concise documentation of system processes, architecture, and data flows.
To be successful in this role, you’ll:
* Have a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in computer science, information science, software engineering or equivalent.
* Have proven experience in a business systems leadership/enterprise architecture role, ideally in hospitality, leisure, or multi-site environments (minimum 5 years’ experience).
* Have a strong understanding of hospitality operations, customer journeys, loyalty platforms, and venue-level system needs.
* Have expertise in at least two Enterprise Architecture domains (Business, Data, Application, or Technology).
* Have hands-on experience configuring and managing enterprise tools such as POS, booking platforms, CRM, ERP, and reporting systems.
* Demonstrate a strong grasp of data structures, integrations, and system design principles (e.g., APIs, ETL, automation and system connector tools and data governance).
* Have excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills – you can explain technical concepts clearly to both operators and executives.
* Be a strategic thinker with the ability to zoom out (architecture) and zoom in (implementation) as needed.
Desirable:
* TOGAF or equivalent.
* Background in Lean, Six Sigma, or continuous improvement.
* Exposure to international or multi-brand hospitality tech environments
