Key Responsibilities: Deliver excellent customer service through handling support queries professionally via phone, email, or service desk portal. Take ownership of user problems, using a methodical approach to resolve issues proactively. Escalate complex technical problems to the appropriate team member or third-party support. Maintain accurate documentation, including updating the company's knowledge base. Support users with hardware and software advice while ensuring SLA adherence. Provide out-of-hours support when required. Report to the Support Team Leader and contribute to the company's service improvement initiatives.
