We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Temporary Administrator, with excellent typing skills to join our client and assist with writing up reports from transcripts. This role offers the opportunity for someone with excellent typing skills to contribute to the administration of a valuable team. The business is expanding rapidly and whilst this role is initially on a temporary basis to clear a backlog, it could potentially transition into a more varied permanent position for the right person. Key Responsibilities:
Write, format, and edit reports
Organise and manage documentation effectively
Perform other general administrative tasks
Communicate with internal teams to gather necessary information for reports
Maintain confidentiality and accuracy in all reports and documents
Key Requirements:
Strong typing skills with a high level of speed and accuracy
Excellent written communication skills
Proven administrative experience
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
Attention to detail and strong organisational skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
The first two weeks of this role will likely be fully office based whilst training is provided, once up to speed a hybrid model would be adopted, days negotiable
