Role
To conduct a wide range of activities relating to the modular construction preassembly and build processes.
Key Responsibilities
1. Build to general assembly drawing requirements.
2. Measure and cut various materials.
3. Use basic hand tools.
4. Use power tools.
5. Ensure products are to the correct tolerances meeting standards and specifications.
6. Demonstrate strong manual dexterity.
7. Contribute to continuous improvement activities.
8. Work to tight deadlines and changing priorities.
9. Understand and interpret technical drawings/SOPs.
10. Work collaboratively in a team to achieve common goals.
11. Take a methodical and systematic approach to work.
12. Communicate effectively.
13. Maintain accurate documentation in relation to the process.
14. Report/escalate process issues through the appropriate channels.
15. Report/escalate quality issues through the appropriate channels.
16. Ensure a high level of housekeeping is maintained at all times.
17. Maintain polite and good communication with colleagues at all times.
18. Perform any other task deemed reasonable by supervision/management.

6. Previous experience of manual labour.
7. Good level of numeracy and literacy.
8. Working knowledge of health and safety practices.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: £12.75 per hour
Expected hours: No less than 40 per week
