Location: Nottingham, Midlands (hybrid, 2 days onsite)
Salary: Up to £65,000 (DoE)

The Role:
In this senior position, you'll be responsible for leading software development projects from concept to delivery. This includes defining project scope, managing resources and budgets, mitigating risks, and ensuring stakeholder satisfaction. You'll work closely with development teams to maintain quality and efficiency, all while fostering a culture of collaboration and innovation.

Requirements:
1. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field.
2. 5 years' experience in managing software projects within Agile environments.
3. Strong knowledge of software development lifecycle (SDLC).
4. Expertise in Agile and Scrum frameworks.
5. Excellent leadership and stakeholder management skills.
Desirable:
1. Certifications in PMP, PRINCE2, or Agile (Scrum Master or Product Owner).
2. Familiarity with software tools like Jira, Confluence, or Azure DevOps.
