As a RetailSales Colleague you don't need an in-depth knowledge of tech beforeyou join the team as all our new colleagues attend a two to threeday induction either virtually or at our fantastic academy in FortDunlop, Birmingham. Here, you’ll gain valuable skills and knowledgeto help you sell, serve and support our customers and make amazinghappen. From supplier training and demos ahead of launches totesting the latest products, we'll give you the confidence you needto ensure your recommendations are topnotch.
Our SalesColleagues work flexibly across our opening hours which typicallyincludes Saturdays and Sundays. Our stores are open 7 days a weekgenerally between 9am and 8pm but will varylocally.
Roleoverview:
Aspart of this role, you’ll be responsiblefor:
● Asking the right questionsto match customers with products.
● Making every customer interactionmemorable.
● Offering support serviceslike delivery and installation, recycling and ways topay.
● Contributing towards the overallsales performance of the store.
● Working across different departments and productranges.
● Supporting with therunning of the store by completing operational tasks.
