Key Responsibilities:
✅ Provide general administrative support, ensuring smooth office operations.
✅ Manage document control, ensuring accurate filing and compliance with company procedures.
✅ Process and track expenses, ensuring accuracy and alignment with budgets.
✅ Prepare and issue invoices, liaising with finance teams to ensure timely payments.
✅ Maintain records for reporting and auditing purposes.
✅ Assist in coordinating meetings and managing office visitors.
✅ Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency.
✅ Ensure compliance with company policies, including health and safety procedures.
What We’re Looking For:
✔ HND (or equivalent) in Business Administration, Business Management, or related field.
✔ Proven experience in administration, invoicing, or expense management.
✔ Strong IT skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office.
✔ Excellent organisational and time-management skills.
✔ Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
✔ Ability to work independently and manage workload effectively.
✔ Attention to detail and problem-solving ability.
