Your new role
Your new role as a Recruitment Administrator will see you being responsible for a variety of tasks. You will provide an efficient, proactive and professional internal recruitment service. You will support the organisation in their onboarding process of new employees, ensuring that the process is smooth. You will be required to provide excellent customer service and well as perform pre-employment checks and produce recruitment documents.
What you'll need to succeed
The successful candidate will be an individual who has developed administration experience, prior knowledge and understanding of pre-employment checks in a regulated environment and experience of recruitment and producing recruitment documentation. The successful candidate will also possess strong IT skills, including the Microsoft Office package, and will be a proactive individual, capable of managing their own workload.
