About Our Client
My client is a well-established organisation based in Lewes. Due to continued growth, they are looking for an Accounts Assistant to join on a temporary to permanent basis.
Job Description
As the Accounts Assistant, your primary responsibilities will include:
* Inputting purchase invoices to the Finance system.
* Matching invoices to POs and ensuring they have been correctly coded and approved.
* Reconciling supplier statements, filing invoices and resolving supplier queries.
* Processing expenses and credit card payments.
The Successful Applicant
To be successful in your application for Accounts Assistant, you should be:
* Available to join immediately/one week notice
* Experienced in a similar role for ideally at least two weeks
* Hardworking, organised, with a strong attention to detail
* An excellent communicator with clients/stakeholders
