The Role:
1. The vacancy is for an experienced Repairs and Maintenance Scheduler to work on a leading Housing Association responsive maintenance contract.
2. You will be able to professionally monitor and coordinate all repairs and maintenance requests and complaints from tenants.
3. Acting as representative for the company, and scheduling appointments in coordination with the subcontractors.
4. You will work in close coordination with the maintenance team including a Surveyor, Resident Liaison Officer, and skilled trades.
5. Works will include kitchen and bathroom upgrades, internal and external works, repairs and renovations.
6. Work will also include the company DLO work flow.
7. The position is fully office based in Wisbech, 5 days a week.
The Person:
1. You must have previous experience in a similar scheduler role in maintenance for an affordable housing specialist main contractor.
2. Stable career history, right to work permanently in the UK, based within an easy commute of Wisbech.
3. Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills; must enjoy working within a team and autonomously.
