As the Payroll Assistant, you will be responsible for:
1. Ensuring new starter and leaver forms are up to date
2. Ensuring salaries and working hours are correct and inputting to the system
3. Administering statutory benefits including sick and holiday pay
4. Assisting in pension submissions
5. Responding to staff payslip queries
Profile
To be successful as the Payroll Assistant, you will be:
1. Having some recent exposure to payroll processing and calculations
2. Proficient in Microsoft Office, including Word, Outlook, and Excel
3. Holding a degree in Accounting and Finance, Business Management, or Mathematics with accounting principles
4. Possessing excellent written and verbal communication skills when dealing with queries
