Responsibilities

4. Maintain high standards of customer service by addressing customer inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
5. Organise inventory management, including stock replenishment and visual merchandising.
6. Conduct regular audits to ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
7. Collaborate with upper management to develop promotional strategies and marketing initiatives.
8. Manage administrative tasks such as scheduling, payroll, and reporting.
