Leading the way within their industry, the continually growing business are seeking an ambitious Sales Coordinator to join their team. This position would be ideal for an administrator who has a customer focused mindset and enjoys speaking to customers on half of a thriving sales team. Role & Responsibilities of the Sales Coordinator:
1. Maintaining and managing the CRM sales databases (internal), inputting data, managing data, running reports, reporting and coordinating data
2. Producing, creating daily Excel reports, analysing data such as customer spend analysis and daily sales analysis, using pivot tables and Look ups
3. Prepare and distribute regular sales reports and analysis.
4. Maintain and update sales records and databases.
5. Provide administrative support to the sales team, including scheduling meetings, preparing sales materials, and handling travel arrangements.
