Are you a natural at providing 5* client service? Do you thrive in a fast-paced environment? If so, our client wants YOU to be their first point of contact for clients and visitors, ensuring a smooth and efficient front desk operation. Your friendly attitude and excellent organisational skills will be key to creating a positive and welcoming atmosphere. You will be working closely with a team of administrators to provide a high level of secretarial support.

Here's what you'll be doing as their Receptionist & Team Administrator:
1. Greet clients and visitors with a positive and helpful attitude.
2. Keep the reception area tidy and presentable.
3. Scan incoming post and handle outgoing mail.
4. Book, prepare, and clear meeting rooms across multiple floors.
5. Ensure meeting rooms are set up as required.
6. Order catering for meetings and events.
7. Book couriers as needed for deliveries and collections.
8. Support with inbox and diary management for the wider team.
9. Deal with various documents, inputting information onto the internal system.
10. Assist the Office Manager with general administrative and facilities duties.
Requirements:
1. Previous experience within professional services is required.
2. Some administrative experience is required.
3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
4. Strong organisational and multitasking abilities.
5. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
