Customer Service - Redhill - Shift work Even within this global pandemic my client hasn't seen a drop in business. They are just as busy than ever and need extra support to help them deal with the customers enquiries that they have coming in. As part of a customer service team you will be working to support all customer enquiries both over the phone or via email. You will be happy to work a shift pattern covering late shifts till 9pm. Based in Redhill my client are observing social distancing for those in the office although many teams are still working from home the C/S team are office based. Duties for the role First point of contact for all customers Helping deal with system errors as well as their queries Updating internal systems with log of each call of what has happened and what needs to be done next All administrative work included in each case This role is an exciting opportunity to join a busy team with a company that looks after its staff.
