Brief Overview:
An exciting opportunity for a Partnership Sales Manager to join a leading sports marketing agency, specializing in securing high-level brand partnerships for premium sports IP. This newly created role comes as a result of the agency’s continued success and expansion.
The Partnership Sales Manager will be responsible for driving revenue by identifying and securing brand partnerships across a portfolio of major sports properties. You’ll be proactive in generating leads, pitching to senior stakeholders, and negotiating six-figure deals with top-tier brands. Additionally, you’ll play a key role in hosting prospective partners at events, helping to deliver standout experiences that demonstrate the value of collaboration.
We’re looking for a results-driven and relationship-focused sales professional with a structured, methodical approach to securing and managing partnerships.
Required Skills/Experience:
1. Proven track record in partnership sales (approx. 3-5 years)
2. Experience closing high-value deals
3. Background in selling sponsorships, brand partnerships, or commercial rights within sports, media, or entertainment
4. Strong ability to build and maintain relationships with senior-level stakeholders
5. Familiarity with working in a structured, target-driven environment
