An opportunity for an experienced HR Business Partner with a background of NHS to join a specialist HR team who provide HR services to a range of Healthcare divisions/departments across the South, South East regions.
As an HR Business Partner, you will lead the HR engagement with key stakeholders in all aspects of HR, ER and organisational Change programmes.
Working in partnership with a team of HR & OD professionals you will develop and lead a variety of Organisational Change projects involving end to end consultation, roll out and implementation of new people approaches, ways of working and structures.
Candidates
1. You will need to be an experienced and seasoned HR Business Partner with credibility to lead HR projects and work collaboratively across the organisation.
2. Ideally MCIPD / Chartered CIPD / Level 7 qualified
3. Strong skills and experience in Change Management and employer relations.
4. Candidates should have experience of NHS / healthcare provision

5. Fixed Term Contract through to March 2025, starting ASAP.
