Having recently undergone significant organisational change, our client is committed to creating a great workplace, and as one of four ER Advisors, you will play a vital role in fostering positive employee relations and supporting the management of complex casework across multiple sites. (Please note this role is site-based 5 days a week)
Key Responsibilities:
* Act as the business area expert for all casework within your business units.
* Provide expert advice on employee relations matters, including disciplinaries, grievances, and performance management.
* Manage and support occupational health referrals and early conciliation/employment tribunal cases.
* Develop strong relationships with line managers and stakeholders across various sites.
* Coach and train line managers in effective employee relations practices.
Profile of a Successful Candidate:
* Proficient knowledge of current employment law and best practices in employee relations.
* Experience managing complex employee relations issues ideally in a manufacturing/FMCG environment.
* Excellent coaching and influencing skills with a friendly, open demeanor.
* Strong organisational and time management abilities, capable of prioritising workloads.
* CIPD qualified or studying towards relevant HR qualifications.
