To deliver those services takes an enthusiastic and customer focused team - and right now we are looking to recruit for a Sales Lead to join our centre. As the Sales Lead, you will engage and develop our commercial arm and drive sales of memberships in swimming lessons and our aquatic and wellbeing memberships. You will be working collaboratively with the Aqua Splash Team to develop a commercial culture. You will report direct to the Contract Manager and work closely with sales managers based in the UK and have direct accountability for the commercial success through membership and ticket sales at Aqua Splash. About you The successful candidate will be a passionate and enthusiastic individual who like the members of staff, who pride and strive to give the best service possible for those who visit the centre and go the extra mile for customers when required. To be considered for this role we are looking to hear from candidates who have prior experience in a sales role, leading by example and working face to face with customers, preferably in the Leisure industry. You will also have a willingness to adopt and deliver a non-standard working day and or week (including for example, evenings, weekends, bank holidays).
