Health and Wellbeing – access to mental health support specialists A typical day in the life as a Learning and Development Apprentice: Coordinate all learning activities including course logistics- joining instructions, organisation of cohorts, liaising with the delivery team including external Monitor and manage the L&D and SIA licensing inbox answering all queries in a timely Continually update the SharePoint sites with current and upcoming course information. Administer mandatory course attendance and update internal systems with individual learner records. Provide advice and signpost individuals to relevant learning interventions which address individual, and team Advise individuals on mandatory training requirements and compliance to Process SIA applications and ensure compliance within SIA Manage the administration of the apprenticeship programmes What are we looking for? Microsoft Office skills in Excel. Excellent written communication skills. Excellent organisational skills and the ability to prioritise. Ability to build strong relationships at all levels and demonstrate service excellence. Passion for Learning and Development and personal development. An understanding of the principles of equality, diversity, and inclusion. Desirable Data analytical skills to interpret learning effectiveness data.
