You will support the weekly and monthly financial reporting, analysis for the Dairy Consumer Foods business alongside managing access for commercial users, approval tables and master data governance.The successful candidate will possess analytical skills, able to demonstrate previous experience in a similar role, alongside being part or fully qualified (CIMA/ ACCA). Key responsibilitiesSupport with coordinating & consolidating monthly reporting packs for circulation to senior leadership teamsCollating commentaryReviewing insights and trendsKPI reportingAd hoc reporting and analysis as requiredConsolidated reportingPreparation and circulation of weekly performance report for senior leadership teamsFlash reporting / Flash variance analysisSupport on financial projects & system testing as required by the businessEnsure all Commercial users have the correct access - Pricing/TPM/Dispute Management & MDGMaintenance & management of access control tables for SAP pricing & TPMsEnsure all Commercial users have access to the correct training documents/coursesReview any user issues with ICT or EPM teams and understand root cause (e.g. access, pricing, masterdata)Support with ICT audits of user accessMaintenance & management of approval workflows for pricing, TPMs & dispute managementProfit centre derivation rules maintenance in SAP/GTMRequest set up of new profit centres and changes to existing profit centresReview and governance of hierarchy structures used in GTM & MDP reporting - e.g. brand, core technology & technology management hierarchiesSupport with bi-annual GTM & MDP reporting restatement processQualifications and skillsCIMA/ACCA qualificationGood excel skillsUnderstanding of SAP (desirable)Weekly & monthly reportingWhat's in it for me?
