Accounts Assistant
VANRATH are searching for an experienced Accounts Assistant to join a leading employer based in Lisburn. This role offers a wide range of exposure to a busy finance function.
What you'll do
1. Managing of both purchase and sales ledgers
2. Processing of a high volume of sales and purchases invoices and credit notes
3. Reconciling supplier accounts
4. Carrying out payment runs
5. Liaising with suppliers and sales
6. Producing reports
7. Resolving queries in a timely manner

About you
The Accounts Assistant should have:
1. Experience with multiple currency transactions
2. Strong communication skills
3. Ability to interpret data and predict risks
4. Excellent organisational skills with the ability to prioritise
5. Strong Excel knowledge
