What is the role of Supply Chain Co-ordinator at ForFarmers?
The Supply Chain Co-ordinator reports directly to the Operations Manager and is responsible for maintaining the administration for the department in a timely, controlled and structured manner. Hours of work are Monday – Friday, providing holiday cover when necessary. This is a full-time and permanent role. Salary: £26,000 per annum.
Key responsibilities and duties of the role include:
* Management of site-based P2P, managing discipline of system including Capex P2P.
* Reporting OTIF results.
* Monitoring OTIF, managing actions to resolve issues.
* Reporting tier info to the site.
* Managing booking of meeting room.
* Manage and purchase relevant stationery/office consumables.
* Completing monthly SMR report.
* Completing KPI portal data entry.
* To support the operation of the weighbridge during day-to-day peaks and holidays, ensuring compliance with all company requirements.
The successful candidate will have:
* Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office, including Project, Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
* Proven track record of providing administrative support.
* Excellent team player.
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
* Self-starter/organised.
