Description Event & Marketing Coordinator UKISA Chubb is looking for an Event and Marketing Coordinator to support our business in the UK, Ireland and South Africa. Chubb is the world’s largest publicly traded property and casualty insurance company and the largest commercial insurer in the U.S. With operations in 54 countries and territories, we are a major personal lines writer, as well as a leading middle market, small commercial and large industrial commercial insurer, providing a wide range of traditional and specialty coverages. This role will support our underwriting, sales and distribution channels in driving business development and will be an important contributor to the success of achieving our business goals across all customer segments from high net worth individuals to multinational corporations. Our ambition is to be seen as leaders in our chosen customer segments and work together with our broker partners to grow our business together. This role will also support the business with internal communications ensuring that employees are aware of key initiatives. This role reports to the Marketing Manager UKISA and supports one other marketing manager, as well as the Head of Marketing and Communications UKISA. You will be part of the wider EMEA marketing and communications team comprising of around 35 members including regional marketing and communications experts that are on hand to support. You will manage own projects as well as support the rest of the UKISA Marketing & Communications team to drive employee engagement and deliver successful initiatives to support business growth and build our brand. Key Responsibilities: Support and manage a range of marketing and communications projects including but not limited to: creation of marketing content (social media, sales and underwriting materials, videosetc.) tagging and uploading marketing assets to Chubb Brand central email marketing (Salesforce Marketing Cloud) updating the website (Adobe Enterprise Management) implementation of local, regional and global marketing campaigns Coordinating and creating content for Chubb LinkedIn and Instagram channels for UKISA (Sprout social) and monthly reporting Sourcing merchandise for UKI region Events manage the corporate hospitality programme and use Swoogoo for managing all events organise logistics for Chubb internal employee events organise logistics for business and industry events support the team with WebEx events as needed Internal communications writing articles for the Intranet updating the Intranet with content Point of contact for the regional offices in the UK and Ireland for their requests Provide general support to the UKISA team as needed Point of contact for the regional offices in the UK and Ireland for their requests Provide general Support to the UKISA team as needed. To be successful in this role you will already have gained some experience in a marketing role but you are still learning and now looking to take on more responsibility, while continuing to hone your skills in marketing and communications. This role is hybrid working requiring 3 days in the office and you can work 2 days from home.
