Job Title: Customer Experience Manager
We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Experience Manager to join our team at Harnham. As a key member of our CX function, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality customer experiences across various touchpoints.
Key Responsibilities:
* Conducting in-depth customer research to identify areas for improvement and develop data-driven insights to inform business decisions
* Briefing, scoping, and creating project documentation to ensure seamless collaboration and effective project delivery
* Developing and maintaining dashboards and reports to track key performance metrics and provide actionable recommendations to senior leadership
* Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure end-to-end customer experience excellence
* Staying up-to-date with industry trends and competitor analysis to drive innovation and growth
Requirements:
* Proven experience in delivering CX projects with a strong focus on customer insights and data analysis
* Expertise in Google Analytics and data visualization tools
* Ability to analyze customer feedback and develop actionable recommendations
* Strong analytical mindset and ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously
* Previous experience in the financial or insurance sector is highly desirable
