Job Title: Learning Support Assistant Location: North West England, Lancashire, Chorley Salary: £12.90 - £14.00 Per hour Job Duties: Provide support to students with learning difficulties or disabilities Assist students in accessing the curriculum and learning materials Work closely with teachers to implement individual education plans Monitor and record student progress and behaviour Support students in developing social and life skills Required Qualifications: Relevant certification in learning support or education Education: Minimum of GCSEs in English and Maths Experience: Prior experience working with individuals with learning difficulties Knowledge and Skills: Understanding of different learning needs and teaching methods Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work effectively in a team Patience and empathy towards students Preferred Qualifications: Additional training in special education or related field Working Conditions: Work in a classroom setting, collaborate with teaching staff, and assist students on a one-to-one basis All applicants will require the appropriate qualifications and training for this role.
