LDA Quality Champions Facilitator Permanent Grade 4 - £33,366 - £40,476 Consultation grade - subject to formal evaluation under the Pay Equity Review Working 36.5 hours per week An exciting opportunity has arisen for a full-time permanent Learning Disability and Autism (LDA) Quality Champions Facilitator Suitable applicants must have a lived experience, excellent interpersonal skills, well developed skills in giving feedback, great team-working skills, passion and enthusiasm for LDA, strong IT, administrative, report writing and organisational skills. The ability to collate and evaluate feedback, give clear and constructive feedback is essential. It is essential that the post holder has skills needed to make reasonable adjustments and to adjust to the needs of our citizens with lived experience. Prior experience of coaching or supporting people is essential. You will be working closely with the existing Learning Disability and Autism Quality Champions Team and the Complex Care Commissioning Learning Disability and Autism team as well as system partners. The role will support the work for the Learning Disability and Autism Quality Champions Team by facilitating meaningful involvement of the team in all aspects of the Quality Challenge programme of work. The role also supports the work of the Birmingham Autism and ADHD Partnership Board and will be supporting the system to deliver against the priorities set within the programme of work.
