You will play a crucial role in providing pest control services focused on bird management solutions. As a key member of our team, you will work hands-on to solve customer problems and deliver high-quality services, ensuring effective bird control and prevention strategies are implemented and maintained.

Location: Christchurch branch, servicing clients throughout the South Island.
Working Hours: Full-time, Monday to Friday. Regular overnight stays for longer trips and early/late shifts depending on customer needs.

Key Responsibilities:
* Load and unload the service vehicle effectively to complete daily assignments.
* Conduct inspections of customer premises to identify signs of bird infestations.
* Implement effective control measures by installing bird deterrent systems, netting, and spikes.
* Provide expert advice to clients regarding bird control strategies and preventative measures.
* Address hygiene risks and client concerns to enhance work environments.
* Complete service reports to document services performed.
* Provide exceptional customer service and maintain a professional demeanour at all times.
* Stay aware of client needs and identify opportunities to improve service standards.
Requirements:
* Eligible to work full-time in New Zealand.
* Full NZ driver's licence with a clean driving record.
* Current and valid Working at Heights and EWP licences.
* Flexibility to extensive travel across the South Island and stay away from home for long periods.
* Clean criminal record.
* Excellent customer service to build upon client relationships.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
* Physically fit and comfortable working on ladders.
* Able to adhere to health and safety standards.
* Able to work independently in the field and manage time efficiently.
* High attention to detail to maintain high standards and achieve set targets.
* Confident using a mobile phone service app and devices.
* Comfortable working outdoors in varying environmental conditions.
Preferred Qualifications (not mandatory):
* Knowledge of pest control methods and regulations.
* Experience with tools, roofing or a trade background.
* Firearm or air rifle handling skills and a licence.
* Driving a manual car.
