Job Title: Product Management Graduate Intern
Location: Leicester, (hybrid position)

Job Summary:
We are an opportunity for a Product Management Graduate Intern to join us at Honeywell, in Leicester, where you will join our intrusion product line team. This internship position will be focussed on the DACH (Germany, Austria, Switzerland) region. As an intern, you will gain hands-on experience in product management within the commercial security industry, supporting our intrusion detection and alarm systems portfolio. This is a hybrid role, 3 days at the office + 2 days work from home model.
This role is part of our University Relations program, designed to help recent graduates launch their careers with hands-on experience, mentorship, and opportunities for growth within Honeywell. This internship is set up for 12 months, with a potential opportunity for a permanent role after a successful internship.

Key responsibilities
1. Assist the Product Management team in market research and competitive analysis for the DACH region
2. Help gather and organise customer feedback to contribute to product improvement initiatives
3. Support the team in creating and maintaining product documentation
4. Participate in cross-functional team meetings and contribute ideas for product enhancements as well as supporting the development of marketing materials and sales tools for the DACH market
5. Assist in preparing presentations and reports on product performance and market trends
6. Help monitor industry developments and competitor activities in the DACH commercial security space
Key skills and qualifications
1. Recently completed a Bachelor's degree in Engineering, having graduated no later than 2024, or completing your degree in 2025
2. Strong interest in product management
3. Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
4. Good communication skills, both written and verbal, Fluency in English; German or an European language skills are a plus, as this role involves some travel to Europe
5. Familiarity with agile product development methodologies and best practices
