We are looking for a Business Development Associate to join our growing team of Client Executives and help generate new business opportunities.

This is a full-time, permanent position based in our Cheltenham office.
Overview
* Interacting with potential clients via telephone and e-mail, to promote the suite of insurances we offer
* Promoting Howden product range to prospective and lapsed clients
* Enter and update customer information in the database
* Booking high-quality appointments for our executives to follow up
* Educating prospects about who we are and the value we bring
* Building a strong pipeline of leads
* Compile meeting notes and file recordings
Knowledge
* Previous experience in sales, telemarketing or lead generation is desirable
Skills
* Strong communication skills and confidence in speaking to decision-makers
* Resilience, motivation and a positive attitude
* Ability to persuade and influence others
* Accuracy and attention to detail
* Ability to build rapport
Qualifications
* GCSE Maths and English (or equivalent)
