You'll be a valued member of our team, ensuring residents receive the best possible care and support. Your responsibilities will include:
* Personal Care - Assisting residents with daily routines while promoting independence.
* Health & Wellbeing - Monitoring health, reporting concerns, and liaising with nurses and families.
* Social Support - Encouraging social interaction and creating a friendly, engaging environment.
* Nutritional Assistance - Supporting residents with meals and hydration.
* Comfort & Safety - Helping maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming home environment.
SVQ Level 2 in Health & Social Care (preferred but not essential).
* Experience in care - Ideally 6 months, but we welcome those with a passion for caring and transferable skills.
* A caring and compassionate approach - Genuine interest in working with older people and delivering high-quality care.
