Salary: £25,816 - £36,743 (a market supplement may apply subject to qualifications, skills, and experience)

We are currently seeking to appoint an inspirational and enthusiastic Electrical Installation Lecturer to deliver teaching and assessing on Levels 2-3.
Working closely with the Head of Department and the rest of the Construction team, you will have the exciting opportunity to share your knowledge and skills with learners to help them achieve at the highest level as well as driving continuous improvement within the College. You will act as a personal tutor, promote attendance, participate in team meetings, and contribute to the planning, development, and review activities within your subject area.
This post will suit an enthusiastic and motivated Lecturer with a background in Electrical Installation. In addition to lecturing, the successful candidate may be appointed as Course Leader for at least one of our Electrical Installation programmes and will act as a personal tutor to full and part-time students.
The successful candidate must have:
* A full teaching qualification or currently working towards one
* At least a Level 3 qualification within Electrical Installation
* Relevant industry experience or qualifications
* Excellent communication skills and the ability to motivate students
It is also highly desirable that you hold the Certificate in Assessing Vocational Achievement and also desirable for you to hold a Certificate/Award in Internal Quality Assurance (if old qualifications are held (e.g. A1 or V1) it is essential that you are willing to update to the new standards).
