Key Responsibilities
* As a Field Service Engineer, you will play a pivotal role in our team, ensuring the maintenance and repair of our machines are completed to our high standards.
* You will also serve as the frontline representative for our customers, ensuring exceptional service and fostering lasting customer connections.
* Carrying out essential maintenance and servicing to our hire machinery on-site with customers
* Offer breakdown resolutions and an effective repair service
* Troubleshoot and resolve any technical/mechanical issue during site visits
* Collaborating with the wider operations teams to identify opportunities for improvements to our service
* Maintaining accurate documentation of all repairs, services, and customer interactions
What We're Looking For
* Experience of repairing and servicing plant equipment which includes Telehandlers
* A recognised mechanical qualification in mechanical plant or agricultural engineering
* Excellent communication and customer service abilities
* Willingness to travel to customer sites as required
* A valid driving licence
