Our client, a long-standing UK-wide provider of commercial fleet rental vehicles, is looking to recruit an Executive PA to join their team on a 9-12 months fixed term basis. The role is based in Pudsey, West Yorkshire, although the firm operates on a hybrid working basis. Applications will be considered for both full and part time applicants. However, the position does require a minimum of 30 hours per week. You will be providing high-quality administrative and secretarial support to the senior leadership team, including the CEO, and ensuring the smooth running of daily operations. Duties will include: Managing calendars, scheduling appointments, and arranging travel if needed Preparing meeting agendas and taking minutes Liaising with internal and external contacts to coordinate tasks and projects Drafting and proofreading emails, letters, reports, and presentations Acting as a central point of contact for clients, colleagues, and stakeholders Organising and managing both physical and digital filing systems Supporting with event planning and managing ad hoc projects as necessary Previous experience within a similar PA role is essential to be considered for this position, as is experience in working with Microsoft Office software. A background working within private equity firms would be highly beneficial. The successful candidate will be exceptionally organised, proactive, with great interpersonal skills.
