We are looking for a Field Support Technician to join our team, helping us deliver innovative multimedia solutions at cultural sites, museums, stadiums, and other visitor attractions.
This hands-on role is ideal for someone with a background in AV equipment, installations, or technical support, who enjoys travelling to client sites and troubleshooting on the go.
About the Role As a Field Support Technician, you'll be responsible for maintaining and troubleshooting our client’s multimedia equipment.
You'll be out on the field ensuring that everything is running smoothly—whether that means setting up new equipment, conducting stock checks, or fixing technical issues as they arise.
Your problem-solving skills and hands-on approach will be key to ensuring a top-notch experience for our clients.
What You'll Do: Installations & Setup: Deploy and set up multimedia solutions at various client sites.
Technical Support & Troubleshooting: Quickly identify and resolve technical issues on-site to ensure minimal disruption for clients.
Stock Management: Perform regular device audits and ensure that stock is well-managed and ready for use.
De-installation & Maintenance: Support in decommissioning installations and performing regular checks on equipment.
Client Support: Work closely with clients, offering them support, training, and guidance on how to use the systems effectively.
What You’ll Bring: Experience with AV equipment, multimedia installations, or technical support.
Problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot hardware issues.
Hands-on attitude and willingness to travel to client locations across the UK.
Strong organisational skills for managing stock and maintaining equipment.
Good communication skills and the ability to train clients and work independently.
