We are currently looking to recruit a CQC Registered Manager to cover a supported living care service.
The role would be required to:
* Manage all aspects of the service and be the point of contact for staff and service users.
* Fulfil the Care Quality Commission (CQC) registration requirements ensuring that the CQC regulations and policies are adhered to at all times.
* Liaise with the parents/local council regarding potential new clients.
* Ensure care plans and client files are kept accurate and up to date.
* Ensure that the safety of service users is upheld at all times.
* Manage and develop the team including recruitment, training, supporting, and supervising staff.
* Promote the highest standards of care and service ensuring quality standards are maintained within all aspects of the business.
* Develop and manage relationships with clients, local authorities, customers, and their families.
This role requires a minimum of an NVQ/Diploma Level 5 in Health & Social Care qualification and having previously been registered with the CQC.
The candidate should have a full UK Driving Licence, have their own vehicle, and be within a commutable distance from Willerby, E R Yorkshire.
