Our client, a major UK retail bank, provides every day banking services to over 17 million retail customers. The banks expertise and services span across Business Services, Corporate banking, Wealth Management, Group Functions, Retail and Investment Banking. On behalf of this organisation, AMS are looking for a Business Analyst with experience in Planview LeanKit for an initial 6 month contract based in London on a hybrid model (2 days in the office per week). Purpose of the Role: The Business Analyst will be supporting an acquisition programme, involving migrating retail customers to banking which spans wider departments within the bank. As a Business Analyst you will be responsible for: Supporting the acquisition programme by migrating functions and customers across retail to banking. Demonstrating excellent stakeholder management skills. Capturing requirements and supporting the full migration on internal systems. Conducting UAT testing, creating test scripts and developing test plans for UAT. Holding scrum calls and managing risk issues, RAID logs, and tracking plans. Contributing to BA meetings and act as a liaison between tech, finance, and other teams. Understanding system architecture and AWS cloud-based services. What we require from the Business Analyst: Experience with AWS cloud-based services. Good experience in project roles with exposure to Planview LeanKit. Experience conducting UAT testing, creating test scripts and developing test plans for UAT. Experience holding scrum calls, managing risk issues, RAID logs, and tracking plans. Proven experience working on migration and acquisition programmes. Desirable criteria includes: Experience using Planview LeanKit beyond exposure too.
