I am currently recruiting for a Care Coordinator, on behalf of my client, to join them on a full time and permanent basis.
Roles and Responsibilities of a Care Coordinator –
* Coordinate Care Staff into packages, building effective and efficient schedules around clients.
* Match Care Staff into new clients and packages, in line with the service team to arrange inductions.
* Ensure client needs are met and fulfilled appropriately by the coordination of staff.
* Work with the Care Team to ensure new and existing care packages can be resourced and scheduled on a timely basis.
* Liaise with the recruitment team to ensure needs are met and that current and future staffing levels are correct.
* Develop relationships with Care Staff and Clients.
Requirements for the Care Coordinator role –
* Driver preferred, due to location and potential visits to clients.
* Experience within a Coordination role is essential, Healthcare industry is preferred.
* Good knowledge of systems such as Microsoft Packages or Google Suite.
* Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
* Excellent attention to detail and the ability to multi-task.
* Logical and analytical, with the ability to meet deadlines.
Extra information for the Care Coordinator role –
* Monday – Friday 09:00 – 17:00
* Salary between £25,000 - £27,000 DOE.
* Opportunity to earn overtime.
