Wollaston Motors is looking for a Service Advisor. Your role As we embark on a major new development of our BMW/MINI site, we have a rare and excellent opportunity available for a motivated Service Advisor to join our team at Wollaston BMW/MINI Northampton. As a Service Advisor, you will focus on providing outstanding customer care and be the vital link between our customers and the workshop. You will inform and consult on vehicle servicing and keep the customer up to date at every stage of their vehicle journey whilst answering any questions or queries they may have. You will also liaise with technicians/workshop control about vehicle statuses and ensure that vehicles will be ready on time. You will provide honest and best advice on our products and services to our customers. This is a challenging yet rewarding role where customer care must be priority and always comes first, you'll take the time to talk to our customers, building genuine rapport and identify exactly what our customers want and need. Wollaston Service Advisors work a variety of flexible patterns, which can typically include weekends, to ensure we provide our customers with the highest possible levels of service. Your profile A minimum of 3 years previous experience in a similar role is required, we want applications from individuals who understand the role and that are looking to shine and develop their own personal goals with a willingness to learn and progress within the business. Training will be provided through our dedicated in-house Learning & Development team and outstanding manufacturer courses run by BMW to support your career; this will include becoming accredited within the first 6 months subject to availability. Ideally, you will have excellent organisational and administrative skills along with good attention to detail. A strong customer service background would be beneficial as you will be delivering high levels of customer satisfaction in a very busy and demanding environment. A working knowledge of Kerridge/Drive would be advantageous, but not essential as training will be provided.
