Assistant Financial Accountant

What you will do:
* Producing accurate and timely financial reports
* Monthly Balance Sheet reconciliations
* Intercompany invoicing
* Process improvements & Project work
* Overseeing Accounts Payable process
* Managing the employee expense reclaim process
* Assisting the Financial Controller with internal and external audits
* Assistance with tax filings and reporting (Corporate Tax & VAT)
What you will need:
* At least two years’ experience in a similar Finance role within Insurance OR a role within an Accountancy practice where your client base has included Insurance firms
* A self-motivated and organised approach to your work
* Strong communication skills and the ability to build good working relationships
* A willingness to “pitch in” and help out wherever is needed
* Ideally a Degree in a relevant discipline, and commitment to your ACCA/ACA/CIMA studies (if still ongoing)
