We are looking for our next Executive Assistant to manage the efficient running of the CEO's office. Acting as the eyes and ears of the CEO and wider Executive Team, being one-step ahead and demonstrating fantastic interpersonal and organisational skills. With an ever-changing diary and workload, the role will require the post holder to have exceptional communication and decision-making capabilities.
Complementary Description
Your duties as an Executive Assistant will include:
1. Coordinate complex scheduling and extensive calendar management
2. Monitoring and prioritising incoming mail/emails/calls on a daily basis
3. Preparation, including design where appropriate and production of presentations, correspondence and reports/background research as required
4. Preparing meeting material as well as attending meetings to take minutes/actions when required and following up prior to the next meeting
5. Maintaining control of CEO budget, processing invoices and monthly expense claims
6. Skilled at planning and arranging complex travel
Job Requirements
Experience of working at board level
Ability to organise a daily workload by priorities
Be able to meet deadlines in a fast-paced quickly changing environment
French language skills desirable
Excellent IT skills – Microsoft Office, PowerPoint, Excel, Word, Outlook and Teams
Strong writing and proof-reading skills and attention to detail
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Ability to work autonomously with a flexible and enthusiastic approach prepared to get the work done that is required to ensure the business meets its objectives
