This is an exciting opportunity for a business-focused Spanish speaker (or a professional with relevant experince) to expand the Company's agent and student networks for our prestigious UK summer programmes at centres in Oxford, Cambridge, Harrow, and Eton.
About the role
You will work closely with the Head of Agent Partnerships to develop and implement full marketing and sales strategies for designated international markets. Key responsibilities include:
1. Devising and implementing the strategy for recruiting international students from designated regions
2. Developing and managing the annual budget for your assigned region, ensuring that targets are achievable
3. Analysing market trends, challenges, and opportunities to ensure strategies remain effective
4. Working closely with agents to ensure all data in Salesforce is accurate, complete, and up to date
5. Acting as the first point of contact for agent-related administrative issues, providing timely and accurate information to help agents successfully promote and sell our courses
