We are looking for an experienced Financial Services Administrator (Client Delivery Lead) to join our client’s team. This person will work as part of a team to support a Senior Private Client Financial Planner, ensuring all administration for life, pensions and investments submitted business is effectively managed to completion/issue in a timely manner, and that all service levels are met. The ideal candidate will work from our Market Harborough Office, but with the ability to work from home, and will have full IFA experience in order to hit the ground running following initial process training. Key Accountabilities Include Client Relations: ownership of the client relationship for the client, aiming to achieve excellence throughout the Client Journey. Client Servicing: including creating new client packs, preparing and processing authority letters, and ensuring our client information database is accurate at all times. Compliance: ownership of administration including ensuring maintenance of correct client records, performing relevant anti money laundering checks, and checking compliance documentation is completed. New Business Submission: submitting new business to provider or through applications online, using client database to track new business and current position, updating planner accordingly.Person Specification Knowledge Must have excellent understanding of the financial planning process.
